Our mission statement says a lot about who we are. Written by a committee of employees, it describes our ideals as a company and encourages each of us to participate in the day-to-day decision-making process. We use the word “together” to convey the idea that no one person can take us forward but that together all things are possible. Our values posted on our walls; state in part that we believe in excellent service, quality, cooperation, truth, honesty, commitment, and loyalty to each other, our customers and partners.
Service to our community:
Being a good neighbor ranges from shoveling snow off our neighbor’s sidewalks to participating in community events and organizations such as the Cherry Blossom Parade, South Summit Chamber of Commerce, Akron Chamber of Commerce, Barberton Community Development Corporation and the Barberton Beautification Project. Through flextime, our employees can take more active roles within their families and communities. We are committed to protect our environment one step at a time and have taken initiatives in reducing energy consumption and cutting carbon emissions. We are a TEC Certified Green Facility, and we reduce, reuse, and recycle. Our focus has always been on providing what our customers need.
In 1924, households needed someone to wash the laundry. Today, businesses need image garments to rent and/or purchase. We have worked with medical and dental offices, restaurants, caterers, schools, manufacturers, and many other businesses to help our customers select items that present a professional image, promote workplace safety, and comply with OSHA regulations.
